Runners and Swags can be a cost effective way to add decoration to your wedding reception or party, runners are £3.50 with swags from as little as £15. Runners will bring in the colour of the chair sashes whilst top table and cake table swags are inexpensive, cheaper than a floral display and if you add lights make for a real feature in the room.
